The 2026 Annual Dues are $200.00. Payments must be received by March 31, 2026.
Don't forget to pull garbage cans from curbs each week and place them out of sight.
Front yards should be kept well-maintained and free of debris, grass, and weed overgrowth.
Before repainting or making any exterior modifications to your home, contact the HOA Architectural Control Committee for approval at: ACC@wildernesssummit.com
